Description
Each is is filled with a generous amount of rice approximately 3.3lbs. The soft outer shell is made of 100% cotton flannel and is extremely cozy.
How to Use
Microwave the heating pad to provide heat for tense or achy areas or put it in the freezer as a gentle cold pack. Place it on your neck, shoulder muscles or press it against your back. This all natural remedy is unscented aside from the natural scent of rice.

Item is much smaller than I thought something labeled a large would be ;( Please make sure you measure it out to see how big it is before you buy. It won’t even cover a man’s low back and that’s why I bought it. This item I would consider a small pack. I have bought larger packs, at Christmas craft shows, that were bigger and less money. It’s nice quality but not a large pack.
