Description
Each is is filled with a generous amount of rice approximately 3.3lbs. The soft outer shell is made of 100% cotton flannel and is extremely cozy.
How to Use
Microwave the heating pad to provide heat for tense or achy areas or put it in the freezer as a gentle cold pack. Place it on your neck, shoulder muscles or press it against your back. This all natural remedy is unscented aside from the natural scent of rice.
*Heat for up to one to two minutes in the microwave for long lasting warmth

I have purchased from this shop before about a year ago & my rice bag from there just started to fall apart ( I use it multiple times a day/night...I am always cold). These rice bags stay hot for so long & are the perfect size! I will never go to a different place for a rice bag. And shipping was super fast too! LOVE my rice bags!
